Thornton Manor is Covid-Safe
We have made lots of changes to ensure that all our venues are a safe environment for everyone who attends Thornton Manor whether it be for a viewing, coordination meeting, wedding, or event, we want you to feel safe and sound!
Here are some of the new measures that we have put in place:
- Full risk assessment
- Additional training for all our staff
- Changes to our service to adhere to the government guidelines when holding events
- Additional handwashing and sanitising facilities
- Social distancing guidelines followed throughout the venues
- Helpful signage throughout the venues
- Extra cleaning measures throughout all venues
- Supporting use of the test and trace barcode scan system
If you are looking to book Thornton Manor as your wedding venue:
We are so sad that we cannot personally show you around our beautiful venues at the moment due to the current restrictions. However, we can offer you a personal, virtual viewing. A member of our sales team will take you on a video tour of your chosen venue/venues to show you everything and talk you through the planning journey and answer any questions you may have. We are also able to pencil in your ideal wedding date without commitment during lockdown until you are able to visit us in person.

COVID-19 has altered our lives in so many ways but not being able to get married and celebrate with loved ones is simply heart-breaking and here at Thornton Manor we understand how upsetting 2020 has been for all of you. Since the start of the pandemic in March 2020, our team have been working continuously to find resolutions for all of our couples whose weddings have been impacted by Covid-19. It has been a massive challenge for everyone, at a time of immense uncertainty. The ever-changing regulations and guidance have made life exceptionally problematic for weddings which need so much preparation and are such an important life event.
